Better late than never

I just realized no one got to see the pictures of us at Easter. We had an Easter egg hunt at a friends house that is in our ward. We all had to bring a dozen eggs for each kid--so they each got a dozen back. We ate dinner then the dads went and hid all the eggs. Ready, set, go --- it was OPEN SEASON. I was able to sit back and take pictures of it all. Jared took Bailey around and she loved it. After picking up each egg, she sampled the outside.
Then here are all the kids in their Easter clothes. It was a bit windy that morning but I think the pictures still turned out well plus they were all smiling. After church got out the kids were able to get into their baskets. We ended up coloring our eggs after church because we didn't have time on Saturday night (Easter egg hunt). Bailey took a nap during it, which was a wonderful thing. This year we decided to go a little wild and crazy (shake it up a bit) and tried the marble kit. It was kind of neat and very messy, but still fun. I just can't wait till next year, GLITTER!!!

SATURDAY, YEAH!!!!

We had an awesome day today!! It was in the high 70's. We got up early and went to some yard sales, didn't find much though. I planted a few flowers in the front yard, can't wait till this next weekend when my hanging baskets go on sale. They are the prettiest flowers and so cheap!! Then the girls got their swim suits on and had a water fight. Tayler had fun as long as she was the one getting Makenna wet and Makenna enjoy running from Tayler and making her mad.
Berek had baseball at 5:00 tonight. He is having a good year.It has been fun to watch him this year!!! I love to see him hit-he has power behind his swing. The boy is amazing when he connects with the ball. This year he has been playing 1st base and catcher...who'd of thought. He has always played left field and once in a while 3rd. He's done great though. He's my boy!!! We got some good shots of him hitting tonight. It was a close game 8-9, they lost but played HARD..

Nudy Beauty

We have a problem. Tayler enjoys to run around in her underwear way too much. Tayler has been sick the last few days and we've been going a little crazy here so, we got up, got dressed, and started watching a few videos. Within 2 hours she was in her shirt and underwear. Lunch time came, she ate cheetos and by the looks of it so did her shirt. So she was a mess. Then kids came home from school and we had to leave to the store, so I made her change and get another outfit on (outfit #2). When we got home the clothes came off again and she ran around in her undies with her blanket. Bereks friend came over to play so she joined in on their wrestling match on the trampoline. I caught a great picture of her as she is coming down from her UFC slam on Berek. Right after that or nudy beauty was shewed back into the house and then there was outfit #3. AHHHH

Now for some more fun pictures. We bought this little slide for Tayler and Bailey at a yard sale. When Berek was a baby (1 1/2 yrs old) our neighbors had one and he loved it and still does. Anyhow--the kids took Bailey out to slide. She wasn't her usual happy but the rest of them had fun with it.

OUR FAMILY PICTURES

A friend of ours is starting to do photography and wanted to practice on us. We had a lot of fun, which is usually not the case when we get our pictures done. The best shots were of the ones that we were goofing around or just being ourselves (goofing around). I think they really turned out well.

Here are some of my favorites. I love the one of Jared and Tayler. It is one of those "PRICELESS" moment pictures. Then there is Bailey. This one was taken of her when she was on the swing. She loves to swing is not afraid at all to go high-she's just like Makenna. Then the magical moment of me tackling Berek. If you look real close you can see the fear of death in his eyes-it's really there! And last but not least-the love of a sibling. RIGHT! This was a short lived moment. Right after Makenna told Berek to get his arm off her. I think the only reason Berek did this was to tick her off. But the moment was great.

Okay-we'll see how this whole bloggin thing works out. Hopefully I willl remember to keep up on it (or that I even have it).

I finally talked Jared into letting us get another play item for the backyard so Tayler had some fun things to do back there. We have a trampoline and that's about it. It is a small yard, Berek can barely play catch in it, so there isn't much that can fit back there. Tayler, Bailey, and I took a trip down to Toys-R-Us and bought a playhouse. By the time Tayler and I put it together, Berek and Makenna got home from school and they all piled in it. As you can see by Baileys face, she did not like it. She is now very vocal about her dislikes. But we wouldn't have her any other way. She's still the happiest baby I know.
